At the heart of Coletta Home Inspections is Mike Coletta, a proud husband, father of three, and U.S. Marine Corps veteran. Mike’s professional journey began long before he officially entered the inspection industry. Raised in a family rooted in the building trades, he grew up surrounded by construction, problem-solving, and hands-on craftsmanship. This environment fostered not only practical knowledge but also an appreciation for the hard work and precision required to build and maintain safe, lasting structures.
After his military service, Mike pursued a career in HVAC systems and construction, giving him a deep understanding of the mechanical and structural elements of homes and buildings. His combined experiences—discipline from the Marines, technical knowledge from construction, and problem-solving skills from HVAC—prepared him to become the thorough, detail-driven inspector clients rely on today.
What sets Mike apart is not only his expertise but also his personal values. The Marine Corps instilled in him a code of honor: do the job right, communicate clearly, and never cut corners.
